Terms and Conditions

Note: All of our clients and customers are subjected to OFI Terms and Conditions. Please read the following carefully.

  • Prices are F.O.B. Hamden, Connecticut.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Special Orders and Non-Stock items require a deposit.


    • Full showroom samples:
  • Free for "approved accounts".
  • For all others, 25% off price list.
  • Smaller samples may be supplied at no charge for prospective orders, UPS Collect


    • Payment Terms:
  • Approved Accounts: Net 30 from the purchase order date. All other sales are C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) with pre-approved type of payment. All Special Orders are pre-paid.

    • Material Return Conditions & Policy

  • Return of stock material requires OFI "Return Authorization". Only unopened boxes are acceptable.
  • No returns are accepted for Onyx material. These materials are fragile, therefore sensitive for transporting and handling.
  • Purchasers are welcome to inspect the Onyx materials before shipment.
  • Absolutely no returns are accepted for damaged and installed materials.
  • No returns are accepted for Onyx slabs, opened boxed tiles and large tiles(larger than 12"x12").
  • Absolutely no returns are accepted for special orders.
  • No returns are accepted after seven (7) days from the shipment date (bill-of-lading).
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • All material to be returned for restocking must be shipped in perfect condition and frieght prepaid.
  • Purchasers should inspect all material upon deliery. Damages must be noted on the bill-of-lading at the time of delivery. Damage claims should be filed by the purchaser through the frieght company.
  • Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in color and pattern are inherent characteristics. Samples present the approximate color and pattern of the material. We can not accept returns for the reasons of shade, texture and veining variation or difference.
